Special Inspector General for Iraq reconstruction: April 2012 Quarterly Report to Congress

Here's the April report given to the US Congress....it comes via FANTASTIC Dinar Guru member insider IHSSJR. (thank you IHSSJR!!!)

What you'll see on page 94 (on the Online viewer--I think page 84 in pdf) is the plan to drop the zeros and raise the rate of the dinar to $1 in 2013. (I tried to copy and past it here for you but couldn't figure it out. :(

It goes on to say the program was put on hold indefinitely...

The important thing I think is GREAT news is that the program is REAL. This shows its real! We still don't know exactly what Drop the Zeros means...but we know they plan to raise the rate.

New articles are saying the program is back ON as of May 16 2012 the day I originally wrote this...(of course things can change quick)

A while back I sent you an email about the security features of the dinar...we talked about the water mark, metal strip and others...

Here's how my son discovered the elusive invisible security stamp.

Its simple really.

He hung a simple black light bulb in the closet, turned it on and held the dinar up to the light.

Viola! Secret revealed!

You can do the same! Or you could just carry them with you to a Haunted House during Halloween! :)

How to check the Authenticity of the New Iraqi Dinar

The New Iraqi Dinar is printed by the De La Rue Corporation, one of the world’s largest currency printers in the world printing over 150 world currencies. The dinar is available in 50, 250, 1000, 5000, 10000, and 25000 notes.

Below are some of the security features to look for:

• Metallic ink (25K note)
• Embedded security thread (25 K note)
• Horse head watermark embedded into each note (all notes)
• Raised lettering
• Unique Arabic serial numbers
• Denomination’s value glows under an ultraviolet light
• The eight-sided symbol in the bottom left hand corner should change color from purple to green when viewed at different angles.

Below is Guru Enorrste's analysis of Iraq's money supply. As you know this is a hotly debated topic. Some ask, how can Iraq RV with so many dinar in the market place (trillions)...others say these thinkers are confused because there is NOT as many individual NOTES out there an you think...

So you have NOTES and you have DINAR? Two different thing and slightly confusing I know!

Guru Breitling and others have been touting the importance of note count for a very long time. Breitling reports that the last note count update from the CBI was in early 2014 and approaching 4 Billion notes with the CBI stated goal of getting to 1 Billion notes.

Why do they think note count is important? Here's a simple example of how it is explaned...
