“The Central Bank continues to organize the purchasing power of the country and support the value of the dinar against the U.S. dollar and that the addition of any new currency are not taken until after the House of Representatives to approve the draft restructuring of the currency and delete zeros from them.”

The main functions of the central bank to maintain price stability, and the implementation of monetary policy, including exchange rate policies, and management of reserves of foreign currency, and the issuance of currency management, as well as to regulate the banking sector.

Ok, hete it is in black and white print from the CBI. I have been going behind all the hype from site to site explaining that there will be no RV untill after Parliament votes it in. Shabibi and the head of the finance commettie have been telling us this over and over and the speculators ( gurus ) just act as if these statements were lies and smoke. So the all is done ststement is in no doubt where the smoke is comming from. SHABIBI AND THE HEAD OF THE FINANCE COMMETTIE AGREED A MONTH BACK THAT REMOVAL OF THE THREE ZETOS WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT NEXT STEP, HOWEVER THE FINANCE COMMETTIE DOES NOT AGREE THAT NOW IS THE TIME TO IMPLIMENT ANY CHANGES AND THIS MY FRIENDS REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD IS WHERE THE HOLD UP IS. Who cares about the spelling, all we care about is the information being passed on. People do a great job finding it, disseminating it and passing it on through a website that they pay for and maintain. Be grateful that we get the information and that someone takes the time to do it.

NEW to this...I have large denominations 25k 10k only. Will the above three zero deletion devalue them ( 25,000 to 25.00) or do they intend to do something else? Also why are the smaller denominations more expensive than the large notes?

That was my question also. I too have large denominations 25K and 10K. Will the zero deletion leave me with no money in the end? Also, why are the smaller denominations more expensive than the large notes?

Ok... I'm not sure how the numbers work exactly, but an article I read "explained" deleting the zeros and the effect on the exchange rate. To make a long article short, I believe that: At the current exchange rate, Deleting the zeroes results in .86/1. THAT means that if you have 100k DINAR, it values in at 86k DOLLARS, 10 million Dinar =8.6 million dollars. I hope this helps, I hope it's accurate.

I have been reading guru intel for a year now. The investmen group that I am in, all of use question this so called super intel they tell us that is suposted to be from three letter agentcies. The imf, goi, cbi, twa, AAA, ibm and what ever they say. But there is realy no proof of that. I could call my self a guru and tell people anything, and I got the info from a super intel person but I can't tell you what was said and where the intel came from because it is a secret. I still read this BS for entertainment. We just laugh. The rate and date is a seceret. But these guru's are still saying that the rate is in the computers now. Realy, like some big shot from a three letter org. has you on speed dial. Get Real. And then say praise the lord. Well you people that say that kind of thing will answer to the lord. remember that.

I have mentioned before I bought that currency while the ink was still wet. Knowing it was long term and risky. I do believe right now is the time frame is near. See how easy it is to predict. No one knows for sure. If these "gurus" have some verifiable intelligence then good. If not then the investment still holds. Whatever you have invested will not be lost. If anyone can tell me they have lost money, then you bought to high and sold to low.

Looks like a lot of frustration. This is a speculative sub penny play on currency. The United States just approved another 1 trillion dollar spending bill to keep "Washington" around; signed by Mr. "O." Where are we getting the money to do this? 15 trillion plus in debt, and spending more. The Euro countries are slumping; China is regressing. So, how does the world get out of this slump? Printing more money? No. The only world solution I see is the Iraqi RV since so many countries hold it. If countries are holding it, and the USA has nearly 4-5 trillion of the Iraqi dinar, and why wouldn't you want some? Do a google, and you will find many wealthy people buying and holding the Iraqi dinar. I say, "Follow the money." Also, believe the RV has happened; be positive. There is no other world solution to our world debt than this to happen. The IRAQI war cost $4 trillion, and Bush said before he left office, the war was already paid for. Think about this, and the world crisis at hand. Plus, we're going into a presidential election here soon. The RV is the final straw to get Mr. "O" re-elected again. This is all a grand scheme. Let it play out.

I am amazed at so many touting that so many countries hold dinar, and quote how much dinar they hold. Have we forgotten, this stuff is generally shared on some site that a guru has stated, and before you know it, we have taken it as truth. What? You want truth: No one know how much a country holds in dinar, that is truly proprietory information, and if someone talks like they know, count them out as a reliable source. It makes us feel good to think countries hold billions of dollars of dinar, but it nothing but speculation. Come on folks, let's get real. If you own dinar, like I do, just be patient, hold on to it, and believe that one day, you will see the fruits of your investment. No one, NO ONE, has the inside scoop about the rate, the date, or who holds the telling hand.

The facts are: there has never been one recorded instance of any "intel" from any person on any website that has ever been proven correct EVEN ONE TIME. The RV has been [supposed] to happen so many times I have now lost count. I did not put too much money into the "investment" as I correctly identified it as a purely speculative gamble. There is no technical or fundamental gauge of probability of any success with this deal. And risk is certainly 100% of money put into it. The world economy is certainly close to implosion and the central bankers of the world have one chance to resolve this situation favorably and that is with the RV. They never intended individual investors to take part in this. The control of this event is totally in the hands of Islamic extremists who have been at odds with each other for centuries (Sunni and Shiite) and will be that way until the end of time. There is no reason associated with those people. They do not think the way we do and they have a grossly different system of values they operate with. Politicians [always] have only their best interests at heart which BTW are ALWAYS not in our best interests. So in light of all these valid facts, just what is the probability of a favorable resolution to this event? I certainly don't know and neither does anyone else except for the group of people who are REALLY capable of making it happen. There are so many cross-currents of influence and subterfuge that it really is incalculable. It is and always has been a pure gamble and reality tells me that expecting a return of many thousands of percent on a miniscule investment is at best a mirage and at worst is a sick joke. Yet we all invested in this. Does hope over-rule logic and reality? Maybe so... One thing for sure, if this does actually happen and at a good rate, it will truly be a miracle. And that is the best "intel" you are ever going to get right there. Don't get your hopes up. However, if there is any reason left in this insane world, the world money-changers better make this happen soon - UNLESS THEIR PLAN IS TO CRASH THE WORLD FINANCIALS AND THUS USHER IN THEIR ONE WORLD ORDER.

As usual, always watch what happens and pay no attention to what "they" say. If the RV keeps on NOT HAPPENING, there are reasons why and we will never really know the truth, by design. It was and is a pure gamble. So far it is NOT HAPPENING. Maybe someday it will...

If you don't think it will RV then shut up, do't listen to the Gurus, don't comment or post your opinions, and if you do, please read it before you post it, to check the spelling. I am sure that we all knew that putting money into ay thing where as you are trying to receive a profit that it is a risk. The risk you will lose or win. If you can't afford the lost, then don't play the game. Some of you will take your last food money and gamble with it hoping to double or triple it. The biggest distraction for me, when reading the 'updates', is the typo's, incomplete sentences and (mostly) the terrible spelling of the same words over and over again. I mean, come on people, spelling correctly is not that hard, even with ALL the spell check programs available, it looks like mostly laziness. Sorry, but this habitual poor grammar and mis-spelling or mis-applying of the same words, (like 'there, their and they're'), is quite the distraction from the message you are conveying and from yourself as the messenger.

I use to believe the gurus and got my hopes us so many times that I am to the place where I now believe that I need to face facts and that is I have been scammed. I will never get to cash in my Dinars. Just glad that I wasn't gready and really lost alot of money. But this is the way my life has always gone. Nothing has ever been just given to me and I should have listened when they said if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is.This is a shame.

If people here don't trust that what they're being told (from 'gurus') or believe (at least entertain) what they're being told (by deniers) then this whole arena is an excercise in futility.

But that's what we're here for; to decipher and separate fact from fiction and opinion. To ascertain who is telling the truth and who is not and what statements can be determined to be fact. RVers are simply running for cover when they state there are no facts just opinions. They obviously make this claim because the facts are heavily weighted against them for an RV to occur.

As long as people continue to buy and/or hold the Dinar in the hopes of obtaining untold riches we can never know factually if it WILL RV because there is no line of demarcation. RVers will eternally hold out hope that it will happen because of their belief in it. Of course if the Dinar did actually RV at say $3.61 then of course vindication is served with great vigor on deniers. But in my OPINION this cannot happen because of these indisputable FACTS:

1. Iraq has said mulitple times they will RD. No mention of an RV. This is a fact. RVers claim that this is smoke and mirrors, not showing their hand, propaganda, bait and
switch. This is obviously an opinion because RVers cannot know that.
So there is nothing that Iraq, the CBI, Shabibi or Maliki could do to diffuse this hysteria. I mean they could come right out with a joint statement to Dinar sites and say

"LISTEN YOU KNUCKLEHEADS, THERE WILL NEVER BE AN ARBITRARILY RAISED VALUE OF THE DINAR AGAINST THE DOLLAR, POUND, EURO OR ANY OTHER CURRENCY. YOU THINK WE'RE STUPID? ONLY ISOLATED THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES DO THAT. WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO EARN OUR PLACE WITH THE BASKET OF CURRENCIES NOW BEING TRADED AND WE'RE GOING TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY. The predictable response of gurus and RVers would be, "Nope, nothing new here", "Move on, been posted before", " Old news but thanks for the post", "Why do you come here with your negative crap, get a life", or the classic "So yer tellin' me there's a chance".

2. An RV of this kind is not supported by any historical precedence. No country has ever attempted to raise the value of its currency 1000 times over in order to create wealth
for itself. This is a fact. It does not mean however that an RV can't happen in Iraq (an opinion) but it is another fact weighted against it.

3. Most of Iraqi oil is leased to foreign entities and is sold in petro dollars. Most transactions in Iraq are done in dollars and its citizens prefer the dollar, as do RVers ( once
the Dinar RV's). This is not encouraging for the value of the Dinar. Even if Iraq does start using Dinar for oil exports raising the value of the Dinar any amount would be
catastrophic to the imports they so desperately need (food stuffs, medicine, etc.) These are facts. But again it does not mean an RV won't happen factually however just a
fact weighed against its probability.

4. Iraq claims they have between 25 and 30 trillion in Dinar which of course means its massively overprinted and inflated and worthless. This is a fact. Iraq telling the world
that the Dinar is now more valuable and they're going to charge more for it will not encourage foreign investment in the Dinar. Simple economics. RVers will say the claim of
30 trillion in circulation is not so. Just propogandized in order to deceive the RV crowd who is not supposed to know about it. This is definitely an opinion.

5. Even an RV of .10 would drain Iraq's foreign currency reserve of Dollars, Pounds and Euros. If RVers cash in for Dollars why wouldn't everybody else including Iraqi citizens.
10 cent RV would equal an extra 3 trillion US dollars needed which is a third of what's in circulation. These are facts which don't adamantly disprove an impending RV but
make it highly unlikely.

I don't understand the vitriol displayed by RVers against their own gurus who believe in it like they do. Just because they are wrong on their predictions? Their predictions are just opinions right? So why the anger? Why do you hate the fact they're selling it? You do believe there will be an RV so what's wrong with spreading the blessing around?

After all it was a guru that sold you on it (after the introduction of a friend). It's the gurus that keep you in it and its the gurus who keep providing the 'intel' to keep you salivating over it. Or could it be the slow realization of being conned is coming over you. Maybe the gurus don't have any Dinar at all. Maybe they're the ones who've made millions off the Dinar. Not by buying it but selling it. Maybe they're the ones enjoying the luxeries of this life off your gullabilty and greed and continue to do so

Why are all of you so concerned about spelling and grammar? Who cares? What's important is the message whether good or bad. I have to admit that there is a certain element of comedy in most of these dissertations from what appears to be a lot of every day couch potatoes. Sorry if I offended anybody. I didn't mean to.
I have been holding Dinars since 2006 and like the rest of you I expect them to eventually go up in value. However it doesn't make sense that there will be an immediate astronomical gain. If that were to happen all of the Iraqis would immediately quit their jobs because they would all become instant millionaires. No; in my opinion we should anticipate a re evaluation in the seven to twelve cent per Dinar range. anything more that that would destroy the already fragile Iraqi economy. Even a dime would give million Dinar holders $100,000.00 to play with. Not bad for a $1,000.00 investment.

Tell me how there EVER could of been an RV 5-10 years ago when the US was in full combat in Iraq? Blaino, BGG, Adam Montana, wife in the know, are all a bunch of idiots.

I would like for someone to tell me the truth about the dinar. I'm 69 years old and have nothing left. I've been helping my family and my grandchildren and have depleted my retirement. I want the dinar to rv. I'm sure many have been waiting just like I have. If there's anyone out there who really knows what is going on, please tell me. I worked all my life and expected to retire and live comfortably.....it's not happening. I don't want to sell my dinar, but I will have to very soon. Any truth will be appreciated.

All was funny until I came across this post, I pray to the man upstairs it is destined for it to gain value, but truth be told in my opinion it still has a long way to go, they just sent troops back to iraq, and on top off that there goverment is not nearly stable, they are accusing each other everyday of theft and other crimes.. Maybe u should sell a little to just get u by, then if it happens reep the rewards, or continue to sell as u need money.. I myself spent a little over a thousand and wait patiently, but always keep in mind think postive and stay away from negative and all will be well..

I have been following the guru confusion for 2 years now. I can't believe that these individuals who claim to be in touch with the experts can all be so wrong. In my opinion I and others believe these Gurus are actually liars and have no contacts but are just speculating and hoping for the RV. I would love to have info from someone who is legitimate and really knows what is happening. So many of us are facing financial and emotional bankruptcy with the misinformation. So my request is get it right or shut the fuck up.

Something isn't right here. If the Dinars we are holding are "SO CLOSE" to RVing then why are the hucksters still selling them at pretty much the same price? Shouldn't they themselves be hanging onto them now in hopes of a huge windfall? I think these so-called Gurus are the same hucksters who are selling Dinars and this whole website is a scam promoting the sale of Dinars. I hope I'm wrong but none of this makes any other sense.

Who gives a s--t if someone misspelled a word or used the wrong punctuation. I just want a straight answer from someone that knows what their talking about. These so called Guru's just keep us all on the edge to sell more dinars so they can make more brokerage.
I also would like to know who at WF Wells Fargo has any information on the RV as I've made numerous calls and they deny knowing anything about conversion of the RV or having anything to do with it now or in the future.
I also do business in Kuwait and my contacts stated this will never happen and this individual lives in Kuwait and is high up in the food chain.
I can afford the loss but many good people invested all they had in this program and I hope they will be rewarded in the near future but I have my doubts.

As with anything there will always be a controversy that need be fed from both sides. My side is simple in that being said the CBI should have told everyone buying their currency that 1, 2 or 3 0s would be deleted at some future time. The CBI is indeed the last place the buck will stop. I like my odds they will see in the end any Legal Action will serve me the purchaser of the Iraqi Dinar. If the CBI is stupid enough to take my money at the odds I was given when I did my purchase then the CBI will just have to know my transaction is indeed legally binding. It is my hope each and everyone who reads this will see the CBI may like to sing a New Song but they simply do not know the words as it goes, 'Pay Me or Pay Us Now Not Later As It Is My Money And I Want It Now''. Now these are words to a New Hit Song heard here on Dinar Guru.

If you're looking for truth out of Iraq, well, a post would rate higher on the chart... Iraq is not born of truth in any sence, so why look for truth there? No one knows what is going to happen, not the "Guru's" (might stand for "joke"), who knows, but this what I do know. The bigger picture. It is the USD that has help up the RV. As long as the USD is stronger than most other currencies, there will be no RV. The good/bad news is the dollar is dying. China has created a new reserve currency for world trade. It is backed by an increasing amount of gold. Also, most of the developed countries are depegging from using the USD. Also, most of them have increasing amounts of gold backing their currency. The stock market is breaking records, but only because it is being artificially propped up. There are no more props. The credit bubble will soon pop and the USA will fall into the greatest depression earth has ever known. This because the global vultures of One Worlders will spring martial law to control the ensueing violence. We will be promised Utopia on but will soon realize that what is being foisted on us is Totalitarian rule practiced as a foretaste of hell on earth.

Not only is this never going to R/V but Amazon is selling counterfeit dinars. So it is SCAM CITY all the way. I am happy to have gotten my money back last year.. My friend Tom got scammed with counterfeit dinars by a marketer you recommended he told me.

My question would be if the dinar revalued today and we exchanged it for American US dollars or whatever currency you prefer, what would keep the corrupt governments like we have in United States today from taking all our money in taxes do to Bidenomics, the Federal Reserve Bank and the world Central banks they are all part of the WEF which is trying to start their own digital currency so they can control everyone’s money on how you can and can’t spend it, that is the truth. We should be more concerned as to how that if and when the dinar does RV on how we can preserve our long awaited cash flow from being taken away from us. A RV would be fruitless to happen now under these conditions we should be more concerned about waiting until someone like President Trump Is in control of the United States before we even think about the dinar RVing.
