FOOTFORWARD: Hey, and sorry for jumping in here in the middle like this, guys. I hate to just drop in like this, but there's a couple things you guys really need to know. Please make sure this information gets out, but please make sure that it gets out correctly, and if you can, do it word-for-word. That's why I'd like to have this recorded and, ideally, just get people to listen to the recording so things don't get misconstrued.

Guys, we are still right on top of the RV. It's just gonna happen at any time. I don't have an exact time period. But as I've stated for several weeks, now, I'm still looking for this on an hour-by-hour basis, and there is a specific reason for that.

You guys are going to have to forgive me, because I can't get very specific in what all I'm being told, just because the information is that sensitive. And I think, for most of you, that alone will speak volumes, and if it doesn't, talk to somebody who reads between the lines really well, and get them to explain it to you. I don't say that to insult anyone. I know some people just don't read between the lines, or they don't like to read between the lines, but you guys will have to, just because of how close we are and how sensitive everything is. So please forgive me if that comment sounds a little insulting or belittling. I don't mean it that way, but from this point, on, things probably are not going to be spelled out by myself or anybody, for very specific reasons. Please understand that is a good sign, not a bad thing.

Ok this explains where we are at it seems right now.....I will take it apart so you can understand.....The stages of the deletion of zeros from the currency are divided into three phases:

_More great hints as to the CBI's strategy were revealed late last week.  One article was very forth coming and said the target exchange rate in the near term will be 1150.  What is very interesting is the fact that they are limited to a 2.5% change over 90 days due to current sanctions.  A 2.5% change would put the rate at 1140.  Another article suggested a target of a 3.4% change which would put the rate around 1130.  While we believe this was a typo (should have been 0.34% to reflect the 1166 rate), we are very excited that it appears the CBI has begun it march toward its stated ultimate RV rate of $1 to $1.3.  Look for changes in the rate toward 1150 in the short term until the CBI's hands are untied.

The problem right now is that the CBI is constrained as to how fast it can move the rate due to chapter 7 and the lack of passed laws to support the ultimate RV value.  Several articles gave an indication as to timing.  The budget HAS NOT been approved and it was indicated it could be a month before it was.  Erbil was also reported as being very close with a vote in Parliament 2-3 weeks away. The only reported timing for chapter 7 by the UNSC is June.  The great news is all these issues are progressing and seem to have priority.  Could they all resolve themselves this week - of course !  Will it happen this week - not probably given the past history of Parliament.  We maintain that the minimum time for resolution of these issues is mid to late February.  We report, you decide.

[Historian] (Part 1 of 3) ::::: I think it is time that we apply to the naysayers of the dinar world the same standards that they apply to all other intel and intel providers. IMO, if the naysayers wish to disagree with the intel provided, they must prove it with documents and logic.

Opinion is not enough, since they do not consider that enough for anyone else. Let us start with this one, the Kuwaiti dinar RV. This is one reason why many people invest in the IQD. Following are 2 articles from mainstream news about the KWD RV.

The first has made the rounds before – the New York Times from March 1991. The second, from Inter Press News Agency reporting on Cairo in 2004, quotes an economics professor at Cairo University who recounts what happened with the KWD from 1990-1991.
IMO, naysayers DO NOT get to make negative claims without the burden of proof and logic. That is cowardice. A negative opinion is still a statement. The standard works both ways, and it is time that the dinar world applied it to everyone.

[BWM] 1. blessedinohio we minute by minute now... we have a number of sources that are looking expectedly for something tomorrow morning... as far as timing goes, I have always had my ideas on when it would hit but it seems to be a consensus lately from a couple of sources that think this will not be an "expected" time... so we'll wait and see what happens...as usual

[BWM] 2. tigers we have an understanding this is not a server issue but it is down for maintenance... as always we want to read everything thru dinarvision and think this is it... could it be, yes, could it not be, yes... we just won't know until it comes back up.

[BWM] 3. gunny there has been rampant speculation about the cash in timing and honestly until we see the rate we just don't know... I am operating under the premise that the higher the rate the quicker you need to make plans to cash in... if you have a plan this should not put into a sense of but rather security that you can accomplish this on schedule for yourself. again, the time period is a bit skewed... when you think 24 hours we immediately assume consecutive hours when it could be banking hours...
