Discussion about Where in the world is Talabani?  He plays a big part and VITAL role in what needs to take place in order for this to happen....lots of articles stating conflicting things...and some recycled articles....something seems to be happening that they do not want us to know about what is going on with him...He is the key to this...everyone wants him back because he is good for the process of this whole thing...and moving it forward.

CBI has all of their ducks in a row....tonights show basically about
the government and where we stand because we believe that is all we are waiting for...

We have read in the last week Kuwait relations starting to thaw....opening up the their Embassy....wanting to invest back in Iraq...very happy with things going on lately....very important for the RV...very important for their country and everything that is going on

Learned tonight why the oil and gas law is very important
with the article we read about how it works..how it affects the contracts that are being signed...and how it is more for their future.

We know they are doing trade inside the country...Samsung coming in - ready to go and ready to move forward plus we talked about many others ready to move forward

We read about the Budget ..
We read about the Census having to be done - we heard from the UN that the census has been done in June

Not sure what Talabani is doing..we know he is sick and out there
we are keeping our eyes on him....see where he is going to show up..
He is the Great Uniter..we believe he is back in Bagdhad today and ready to go...maybe over the next few days we should hear about some meetings taking place and getting things done

We know there is movement...we know there are negotiations
we know what the Kurds want out of the oil & gas law

We know the citizens are ready for their 140 participation with the oil profits...Lets go ahead and get that done....starting to see pressure politically again from the citizens to get that done

And then the Knock out punch today from Hillary Clinton...you all need to get this together and move this forward...."Pity the Fool"

_Theres lots going on......
Iran trying to position itself to be in a little better position which puts pressure on Iraq to get their currency moving forward
Even tho we did not talk about currency tonight we talked about all the things that are going to affect the things that need to get done...things on the plate...things we should be keeping our eyes on as we move forward

no matter what happens in my opinion I believe these are the most important things that need to be in place...
two most important things in my opinion definetely are the Oil & Gas for the future and how they are going to do that and how they are going to share those profits with the people
you can take everything else off the table and say... you cant RV before you decide what to give the people because they have to be able to share in whatever is going to happen to make it a positive experience for them
if you do that before they are waiting for something and they have nothing truly to be given to them...you want to give them wealth...that needs to be completed as we move forward

Lots of struggling going on....lot of pressure....intl pressure..pressure from people around them..turkey seems to putting pressure to get things done...there is pressure from everywhere to get things done and move forward

Lots that has to move forward...but once this starts to get moving I do believe this will go very quickly
I dont know what it is they are waiting on or what it is they need to decide on but as we learned tonight alot of things have happened over the yrs and distrust that has happened in the past and now
Noone wants to get something that is not going to last
Needs to be built for awhile that will survive
Eventually Bagdhad will become the jewel...very similar to what you see in Dubias...with the larger buildings they want to build and things they want to put there that will actually be there - look at all the plans - UN and UNAMI having a presence there....billions of dollars going to be spent over there on these complexes...
Noone is going to go ahead and do this if the country is at risk of falling apart or that can collapse
There is not signs that this is happening
There are Signs of in fighting, signs they need to get some things done and move forward...
Let not be totally focused on what that is lets remember these are the obstacles in the way of this moving forward....once some of these things are done it will happen...

If you are thinking it is going to be today or tomorrow start to look at these articles....do these things sound like they can be done over night..absolutely they could but chances are there are years of things
that need to be ironed out and these things can take a few days to get what they want and re-build trust

they dont compromise very well over there..dont know what that word is..they see it as a form of losing as opposed to a form of winning as we do over here...sign of weakness sometimes
They have just been told You are on the worlds stage....get it together...figure it out....put your differences aside...for the better of your country...
Look at the opporturnity you have been given and Lets Go and Drive it Forward

Is the US holding up the RV?   Hillary pretty much cleared that up
Where is this at?...Who has control of this?...Iraq has control over this..
Once those things get done....Shabibi will do what he has to do...he will do his part....Thats why you are not seeing CBI articles - seeing only re-hash of the old CBI articles
CBI is ready...they are ready to start rolling out Phase 2 and do what they need to do...we talked about they are saying lets go..lets get it done... but they are not going to do it before this gets done...it is in their hands
they are going to have to resolve this political issue going on and
